I want a reality show

I saw a movie today

“The Exorcism of Emily Rose” was a really interesting film. While it is a horror film, I knew it played out as more of an episode of “Law & Order”. It’s writer/director Scott Derrickson is a Christian, with a history in the horror genre. But without your family, you guys should check it out.

This Dude is Hilarious

Wide receiver Chad Johnson said Packers cornerback Al Harris will offer his toughest challenge this season, but that didn't stop him from being… well, Chad Johnson. "There are two things for Brother Harris this week," Johnson told the Cincinnati Enquirer. "The bad thing is, he has to cover me. The good is, he can save 15 percent by switching his insurance to Geico."

BCS?!?

I'll never understand how these things occur. Miami had to postpone their game due to the hurricane, but somehow they vault pass LSU who beat an under-rated (for two years now) #16 Auburn team. Of course as of now LSU is, in my opinion, over-rated. UCLA is undefeated so I have no problem with them passing LSU, especially concidering that USC will eventually beat them.
I'm going to get my takes out before the weekly Va. Tech Thursday Night game.

I pwned today in my first game in nearly three months. When you play as great as I do you have to take breaks every now and again.

In regards to all the happenings at church lately check out my friends blogs. They said it gooder than I could ever have tried to begin to start saying about it.

From my Treo

Today was a wonderful day. After sleeping in for the morning, my roomates and I went for sushi. This marked my second attempt at eating sushi, and both times a tested my gag reflex. What's funny is I can tell that sushi is good, but only in small select bites. For months now my friends have been talking up the Johnny Roll, and bites of it where really good, but other bites of the same slice of roll where heavy on the spicy tuna which isn't my favorite. After lunch was over we all were ready for a mid-day nap. Ty called me alittle after 6 (when he had woke up from his nap) seeing if I wanted to go to the movies, so I got up from my nap and we went to the movies. But before we went to the movies we needed to stock up on drinks and candy. So we pulled into Racetrack and got Coke, Whoppers, Peach & Sour Apple Rings and Starburst. After the movie (I might create a blog where I talk about movie's, I dunno just a thought; until then checkout cinecast) we stopped by Winn Dixie so that I could get some milk. When we got home I poured me a big bowl of cereal and we watched this bootleg DVD of the project. From the looks of things the projet should be pretty good.

From my Treo

How come lunch is too expensive and complicated? Back in college there was so many choices of great food for a fraction of the cost. Here in the real world we go back forth "how about here?" "no" "what about..." only to wind up at one of the same three places. Anytime we do venture out from those three spots the food is generally overpriced and/or underflavored. Well I guess it could be worse, ain't that right Dave.

From my Treo

Here we are just hours away from week two, and I'm doing just that. Somebody asked if we would be glad when this night is over, unfortunately that depends on what tonight looks and sounds like. The thing about it is, we all know what we do tonight will be from good to great, I just wish we were striving for excellence. But I have been in both of the practices for this night and I didn't see or hear the energy from the week before. The sad part is the majority of the people involved have never been close to something of this magnitude, and the excellence level of this project will have a direct affect on when or if we do another project.

"Looks like someone has a case of the Mondays"

So much for my fun on Mondays, my parents pool is freezing. Two weeks ago, my last chance to get over there, it was chilly; this week it made my teeth chatter.
So maybe instead of relaxing by a pool on Mondays, I can begin doing something better with my time. I shall from next Monday on begin using my time to begin walking. It might be one day a week, but I sure did get a decent tan this summer only using Mondays.

The BCS standings came out today, wow! This thing has gotten so far away from what it started out being. Really how long will it be before we go with a playoff system? Right now there is seven undefeated teams and best-case scenario is four teams could still be undefeated. Not to mention, when this thing started Big East was an ok conference, but every decent to great team left for the ACC.

What is the deal with all of the injuries this year in the NFL (Moss, Walker, Deuce, Pennington, Duckett just to name a few)? Every player on my fantasy team is now injured. Kevin Mawae tore a bicep muscle, out for the season. Football is obviously a rough sport, but something has had to of changed (turf, season length, global warming, work ethic) with the amount of season ending injuries.

From my Treo

This is my first of many to come "From my Treo" blogs.
Today was a very rough day. It all started late, about 7:30 late, while technically everything went fine, Dino was nervous, and me & Jay being late certainly didn't help matters. Dino was calm after he got done preaching 8:00.
After service we practiced for week two of the recording. We practiced the opener for over an hour, omg. What's truely funny about that is when we did it at late nite there was no practice Doug just pulled it from the hip. Oh well.
After practice it was time for our newcomer's reception, there had to be over 200 peeps there. It was one of our best NR yet.
Wednesday night is right around the corner, and I think it will be just as great of a night as the first. After all it consists of two things:
1. It's an event.
2. It is worship.
And what do we do better than events and worship, well serving, but they are second and third easily.

Ahhh, tomorrow is Monday, which means I will be spending some well deserved time out by my parents pool. So to all of you who work or go to school on Mondays, I'll be thinking of you. Will you be thinking of me?

What a day

In my picks I went 12-6.
Most importantly LSU got one more win, regardless of their 5 turnovers and 11/84 in penalties.
I was happy to see LSU go for it on fourth down twice, a contradictory playcall compared to his “lets run out the clock” ways.

Well gotta go we got a late start but the contender fights are underway.

Not so fast...

While today is a big day for college football:
USC vs Notre Dame
LSU vs Florida
Penn State vs Michigan
Michigan State vs Ohio State
Not to mention all the undefeated teams trying to stay that way.

But, tonight at 10:00 ESPN has some Contender fights that should be fun to watch.

What does this even mean?
I have been into technical things for 12 years, every time someone sees me doing my “stuff” they think ‘what I do is so hard’.
I’ve had a Treo 650 for a week and all it does is make phone calls, even that is a task.
I started this blog today and well it is quite overwhelming. As many of them as there are out there, you’d think they would be even simpler than they are.

My proverbial hat is off to all of you out there that know what the subject meant.

I've got so much to say

I just don't know if this is the medium in which I would like to express myself.
